INDIANAPOLIS, IN (November 25, 2025) — IBJ Media today announced the launch of Authentic and Agentic, a new weekly podcast that helps business and community leaders understand artificial intelligence in a practical and deeply human way. The first episode was released Nov. 25 at 6 a.m. on the IBJ Media Podcast Network.
Hosted by Jayson Manship, an Indiana entrepreneur and founder of multiple companies, Authentic and Agentic explores how AI is reshaping business, culture and daily life. Each episode includes three recurring segments: News of the Week, a deep-dive interview and Applied AI, a hands-on video segment that demonstrates real-world applications.
Manship said the show is built to help leaders understand AI without losing sight of their people and purpose.
“As we lean deeper into automation and technology, the real relationships we have and the human side of it are the most important things,” Manship said. “AI can help us build faster and better, but we cannot lose empathy, creativity or accountability.”
IBJ Media President Mitch Frazier, who appears as the guest in the debut episode, said the timing of the show is critical for Indiana’s business community.
“Artificial intelligence has emerged as a critical technology for business and the economy, but many still wrestle with how best to harness its power,” Frazier said. “Jayson’s Authentic and Agentic podcast provides a new weekly forum to help leaders understand artificial intelligence in a way that is practical, ethical and applicable to growing a business today.”
The show launches with TechPoint as its title sponsor, supporting a yearlong season focused on helping Indiana leaders navigate rapid technological change. Manship said the partnership with TechPoint aligns perfectly with the show’s vision.
“When I thought of who I could work with to produce this podcast, they were literally the only group I thought of,” Manship said. “They are fundamentally focused every day on building a digital economy, with talent and innovation and community. That is AI in a nutshell.”
Authentic and Agentic will also invite listeners to participate by submitting challenges for the Applied AI segment and suggesting future guests.
New episodes will be released every Tuesday and will be featured in IBJ Media’s Wednesday podcast email. The show will be available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube and the IBJ Media App.
